Pros

Being chronically nauseous during my first trimester, it's been extremely helpful. My 4 and 7 year olds like to just chew these (one a day), which is a handy way to get them to take clo. No fishy after taste.

Very easy on stomachno straining or constipation, regular routine

No fish taste you can even chew a gel cap to get the oil out for quick relief and not have it tase fishy.

I've tried other cod liver oil pills and feel no benefit at all, these are the only ones i will use.
