Pros

Ferrofood is excellent for me because i had gastric bypass and can not absorb iron correctly. It helps w fatigue and brain fog!

Standard process ferrofood is great, doesn't have that weird taste in your mouth, no constipation and it really helps regulate your iron. This one builds the iron in your blood. Thanks standard process for an excellent iron supplement.

Cons

I was disappointed as these are slightly hard to * & the ingredients are questionable. A real bummer. Just do a google search. The other ingredients look to be perfect.

Before i finish the bottle i went to lab and my ferritin was from 19 to 118 and blood iron 246 which is too high and not good for health.
