Pros

I'm not sure if that's what it's doing, but it has certainly calmed me. This tablet is amazing to relieve muscle stiffness from arthritis. Take one tablet at night.

Cons

Iodine and kelp are not something you want to take if you are hyperthyroid. Too much iodine is not good for your health. If you're having full-blown panic attacks, this won't cut it.
