Pros

It helps my plantar fasciitis. It was recommended by a chiropractor. It is good for brain fog associated with low thyroid.

I have hypothyroidism and it seems i need less medication when i take this iodine with it. Noticeable results in 4 days.

Cons

Why does it have so many ingredients? Now that they're only 600mcg, they're much more expensive for me. Switched brands" "i need to find a new source of iodine. Didnt have any effect on me.
