Pros

The teeth make sawing like a breeze phew! The hardened teeth are sharp and last forever. I still have a long way to go as far as perfecting my sawing technique. This saw is perfect for cutting plywood, hardwood, or softwood dried or green.

This saw is the fastest cross-cutting saw i've ever used. It out-performs all others. I like that it's not coated with non stick stuff.

While the product number is the same as the one pictured, stanley has updated the saw since, and i received the newer fat max version.

And i found this to be very true.

So i bought one of these a few years ago, the packaging says it stays sharp longer and cuts more aggressively.
