Pros

Good holdout length for the small size. Tape measurements in 1/16 of an inch and therefore easier to read than 1/32. Inch width and twelve foot length perfect for household applications.

Cons

This one is some weird number greater than 2, making it rather inconvenient for inside wall-to-wall measurements. There is no way to open the product to re-attach the tape. Inexpensive but cheaply made.
