Pros

The finish is satin more than the grainy texture you may find on other black colored stanley products. The jar feels heavy just like the stanley cups, it gives the jar of the feeling of durability.

The rule of thumb for food safety is to keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold. It keeps hot lunches hot from around 8:30 - noon and keeps fruit cold. The lid screws securely, and the contents keep warm properly.

The leak-proof lid keeps the jar from spilling during travel. The lid seals well and the jar has a solid feel.

This yeti insulated food jar is a fantastic product for those looking for a reliable food container that keeps food hot for hours. Enjoy steaming hot or ice cold food/beverages out of the stanley adventure to go insulated food jars.

Cons

Stanley adventure to go insulated food jar is not up to par with their reputation. Does not keep food hot at all. My lunch is lukewarm at best 3 hours after packing it. The lid is impossible to open.

Quality

Very sturdy and just what i was looking for to take to work.

The lid screws securely, and the contents keep warm properly- enough for 4-5 hours to lunch time.

Poor on hot water to warm it up than empty and put in hot food and it will be warm or hot for some time and it’s leak proof.

The fruit stays cool, this doesn't leak at all, and it stores like a champ.

Price

Very useful product at a fair price for something that will last years.

I bought it in prime day in good price.

Shipping

I sent them a photo of the problem and they promptly sent me a replacement.

Packaging/appearance

Perfect for packing snacks for an outing that you want to keep warm

It's also extremely easy to pack and take with me while traveling.

The bare jar was just in a plain brown envelope.

Competitiveness

We all know the quality the stanley brand carries with it, and this product is no different.

I compared it to other non brand product.

If the price point was a tad bit lower, i think it would be more in line with other similar products.
