Doesn't take a master tech or electrician to figure this out. I see too many negative comments about this not being a battery jumper. Battery charger requires a 24v electric outlet, charging battery overnight.

Cons

It’s too finicky and insensitive. You are forced to use the jump start setting and disconnect/reconnect the batteries up to 5 times to get a stable 3-5 minute charge.
