Pros

It fits perfectly into my van cup holder. The pouring mechanism doesn't seem to wear out. It's easy to clean all you got to do is twist and push down on the grey thing on the bottom of the lid.

It keeps his beverage hot, he loves the feel of the lid. I pour my cup of coffee at 6:30 every morning and don’t finish it till around 1230 and it is still hot. It has a great seal and keeps things cold or hot as advertised.

It's rugged and does its job efficiently. I highly recommend this mug to anyone who spends alot of time outdoors. Stanley lives up to the hype!

Cons

This is the poorest designed bottle i have ever used. If you seat the cap with what you would think was a reasonable tightness, it leaks. Very dissatisfied with this product.

After 2 hours, luke-warm is as good as it gets. It is not dishwasher safe as stanley claims it to be.

Stanley does not honor their own warranty. I contacted them 4 weeks ago and still haven't heard back. The price is too high to be without a warranty. They should have put a guarantee on the product.

Box came damaged a bit with water due to the weather but all in all it came exactly as described and designed.

Bought as a gift and once person received it i actually got to look at it and now i want one for myself!
