The first time it came off i assumed that i didnt have it clicked in all the way so after that i was very careful to make sure it is clicked in all the way after each refill but it still popped off a couple more times

I am not 100 sure if it was a user error in not clicking it in all the way or if it is just a bad design

I guess if the design was better it would be easier to click in properly or it would be less prone to coming off so either way i guess it comes back down to design

I dont want to overstate this issue because i went through about 1000 staples already and it only came off 3 times
