Pros

Came to amazon to find a good insulated mug. The handle is sturdy, and fits great in my hand. The cups utility is awesome fits in my cup holder.

It is super sleek and i adore the blue color. The quality is good, but after having for a few months my handle is slightly loose. The slate is a beautiful gray/green color; almost like a smokey sage.

Cons

The top portion of the lid (where the straw goes) is very loose and moves around so much that the slightest tip of the cup causes water to leak everywhere. Mug was covered in soap substance. Had to wash several times to get soapy texture off mug.

Although this product excels at keeping items at desired temperature, the packing is terrible.
