For the price i am disappointed and the seller should be ashamed for delivering this product this way. It seems this company knows that people are still going to buy the product because of the popularity.

This cup leaks very easily, is awkward to move around your day with, and ice melts in about 1 hour. If i’m laying in bed and try to take a sip, the water leaks out of the lid onto my bed. The leaking issue makes me need to be careful with it.

Several scuff marks and gouge marks. It says dishwasher safe but obviously that’s not the case. Bottom of the cup is dirty!
