Pros

It fits into our rv cup holders without needing an expander. The good thing is that you can buy a sleeve and the add ons to remedy all that!

The dent can really only be seen at certain angles but still.

Cons

It says dishwasher safe but obviously that's not the case. I am not sure that it is a genuine cup that is warranted by the manufacturer. What is this that it's releasing from the inside of the cup?

This cup leaks very easily, is awkward to move around your day with, and ice melts in about 1 hour. The leaking issue makes me need to be careful with it. When full, the mug is super heavy.

I do not think the packaging was sufficient.

I like the product, what i don't understand the packing, even came i a box, the wrapping was unprofessional, the straw came out.
