Pros & Cons

Update Pros and Cons
The AI used to provide these results are constantly improving. These results might change.

Pros

Used to strap down 2000lb of tile to a trailer. Some other straps are not smooth when you try to untie the strap but this one was easy to latch and unlatch.

Cons

The small straps at home depot or lowes are not durable and stronger. Trying to undo ratcheted straps in an easy manner was impossible. Failed and loosened after 10 mins or transport.

These are complete garbage. Totally worthless. Maybe pulling 100 bs.

Best working straps that i have ever owned.

This logo is only on one end of the strap, not repeated over the length of the strap.

What you're supposed to do is to hook the strap with the ratchet on it to one tie down buckle to your truck, then hook the othe...  Read More

Price

For the price, these seemed like the best bang for the buck.

Hardware store had it for a few dollars more.

It was supposed to be neatly packed in a blister pack that’s heat/melt sealed every few inches.

Most of the packing is tomorrow - will update review if anything crops up with usage.

Only issue i have is how the package arrived, see photo.

Competitiveness

These are quality ratchet and much easier to disengage the ratchet than other brands i have tried in the past.

They are the sturdiest and easiest to use as well as being the least expensive of the the three.

The best feature of them that i like is the handles: (1) because they are large and rubber coated (much much better than brand ...  Read More

For the application i’m using these straps for, other brands were too long placing the ratchet mechanism in a poor location.

Youre not supposed to put the loose end through the slot in the axle and wind it up

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

That will make the coil of strap get too large and possibly slip off the axle
