Pros & Cons
Pros
Percolator is nice when camping but without specific grind size can be touchy to make. Fits over my mugs beautifully. Use a course grind.
Can't beat it really. This is fabulous. You won't be disappointed. Now my problem is solved.
Cons
It's not the fines in the cup, but it takes a long time for water to drip. It's a cheap stainless mesh which is welded to form a cylinder. Coarse filtering system makes coffee grind go down with water.
Highlights
Quality
The craftsmanship is excellent, evident in its sturdy build and durability.
Overall, a well-made, robust, and easy-to-maintain product that lives up to its promises.
The thing comes apart so easily for an extremely easy clean, and it makes one hell of a cup of coffee!
Combine this with a coffee grinder and whole beans and there isn't a fresher cup to be had
Packaging/appearance
I bought this for a white elephant gift, and the guy who got it loves it!
Competitiveness
I decided to try this as an alternative to buying pour over paper filters.

If you buy a bag of coffee at the grocery store and try to use it with this or any pour over filter it will be a disaster

You should either grind the beans yourself on the largest coarse grind setting or buy the beans at a coffee shop and ask them to grind it on their largest course grind setting

Maybe others are smarter or more awake but it took me a minute to figure out how to take it apart for cleaning but its really very simple
