Pros & Cons
Pros
The various levels of brightness are fantastic. It takes quite a while to charge but it gets there slowly as it doesn't draw many watts. The zapper is a bonus. Love the vtoman 600 watt lifepo4 solar generator also.
They’re able to hang or set on table for all functions and hold up to the * of the alaskan camping. Perfect for hanging in a tent or camper. Works great on my enclosed porch.
Using the bug zapper at night has been getting the mosquitoes by my bed. I am very allergic to even the smallest insect bites and this does the trick. No more pesky mosquito.
Cons
The light is bright but t is not catching flies or mosquitos. They work great for maybe 2 months, but then take a long time to charge and fizzle out by the 4th month. We have two and they are of no benefit whatsoever.
Highlights
Quality
Really impressed w/the solid build/quality feel, and brightness of the light, even at the lowest setting.
Very light weight long lasting charge and bug zapper does really work well
The charge lasted the entire trip being run from dusk to dawn and kept the small tent like interior mostly bug free.
The battery lasted two full 12 hour nights.
Price
We bought these at a local grocery store that had them on a 50% clearance price.
Competitiveness
We’ve bought so many different manufacturers of these but this one is our fave so far.
Obviously a much better deal a 1/2 off, but if you're looking for a quality compact light and bug zapper, this is a great option.
