This means you have to deflate one chamber at a time

Trying to use one hand to squeeze the valve while trying to squeeze the air out of a long chamber can be cumbersome and time consuming

Once you lay down the air will redistribute so you still will not touch the ground

One quick way to deflate…suck the air out the way you put it in only in reverse
