Pros

The pole is strong enough to support an 8qt cast iron dutch oven filled with food. There is no fear of it falling or slipping even with a 10 cast iron skillet on the grate.

Love it, fantastic product and surprisingly low price. This product is a great replacement and works well.

Cons

Don't trust it to hold anything, we all know how heavy cast iron cookware is. Not safe enough for a quart pot to be placed on it. In campgrounds were the fire pit ring is elevated, it makes for a real hassle to cook because the grill ends up way too c... Read More

I have it for a display and up all the time and its super sturdy

It's steel so it won't break easily, sets up in a flash, and isn't terribly unwieldy if you have to carry it.
