Cons

Lid is crooked and has weak hinge. Water spews out of the spout. Took forever to brew.

The aluminum basket and stem is very fragile and bent when i was rinsing it. The basket is aluminum and flimsily crimped to the up-tube and the crimping came apart. Cannot be hung from the tripod at all.

Very very disappointed. Will be returning it for sure. That's pretty disappointing!

Have never been so disappointed with a product. Would have bought a different brand except for the misleading advertising. Sadly this product is of poor quality.

Initially the cups were all badly scraped. They were dinged upon arrival. Kept the cups, trashed the pot,. Cups get too hot, can't hold them. The cups have odd black goo that seeps from the seam.
