You would be wise to pair this with a wind protector to keep the fire focused on your pan rather than dealing with wind gusts

No attaching the propane tank will not make the burner fall over

You very simply have to adjust the positioning of the regulator so that the base of the tank rests against the table while the burner is sitting flat
