Pros & Cons
Pros
Super cool toy for budding model builders. It's honestly better constructed than many toys. Good for transitioning your kids away from the ridicously expensive legos.
The turrets are rotatable. The dish is of the post roj period being rectangular. It all snaps together and is sturdy.
The falcon appears to be the same as the one going for much cash compared to the battle pack and is very cool. For the price. See my pic. Worth every penny.
Cons
I dislike that the tie fighter doesn't work and make sound like the other ship. Dislike that it doesn't sound right.
Highlights
Quality
Excellent quality item that is easy to assemble
Was very straightforward to build with my 6 year old son and the construction seems very very sturdy.
Very cool concept but execution is flawed for one reason.
My kids are old enough to build real models but are gamers so they dont want to get all 'roped' into a major ass project either.
Price
Well worth the price for star wars loving kids!
Purchased the set for $35 and it was easily worth it.
Really two for the price of one.
You get both ships for 20 bucks.
Shipping
Delivery was fast & package had no damage.
Packaging/appearance

Competitiveness

Overall the models and sound cards are a great value which i wish i found prior to buying the tie fighter previously for nearly... Read More

* i haven't got the new "last jadi" line yet, so can't include them in the comparison.
