I like a large, strong cup of coffee and find that 4 tablespoons of ground is about the perfect amount for a 12oz cup of pour over for me.
Smooth finish that doesn't leave an acidic aftertaste.
Another minor issue i had with this is that the bag is sealed very close to the tin tie, so it was hard to open without cutting that off.
