Pros
Great for hiking or traveling. Price on amazon is the best you will ever find. Take extra via packs to work.
The via decaf is the best decaffeinated coffee ever made because it has the best flavor. Love the convenience and ease of starbucks via decaf italian roast.
Cons
The products are ineligible for returns and do not provide customer support. Unless you are traveling, these are inconvenient and irritating. My mistake. Anyway, not returnable.
The seals were broken, the box was damaged, and from the order of 50 packets there were 4 missing. Noticed there was no seal on bottom of box. Should have given me a fresh package.
The decaffeinated coffee tastes burnt. It retails for $7 a packet of 12 pouches.

Definitely the best decaf instant you can get.
3-gram individual servings is not only convenient but also delivers a surprisingly robust and satisfying coffee experience.
I have used starbucks instant coffee‘s three years past the best by date with no reduction in quality.
It is very strong so i only use a half pkt per cup!
Price
Best to buy in bulk to lessen the cost per serving.
But all in all a great deal for decent instant decaf coffee.
The price is now $50, that’s outrageous.
I get to have my coffee, save money, and keep my hearing loss to a minimum.
Packaging/appearance
I also like the packaging -- it's easy to grab one packet.
This is a better tasting instant decaf that what i've found packaged in jars.
Occasionally the box we received was very near it's "best by" date.
Really like the coffee however it arrived in the starbucks box but the seal had been cut.
Competitiveness
And best of all, no more decaf headaches that other brands gave me.
By comparison, i purchased a package of 12 from a starbucks store last spring and expiration was september 2024.
I haven't tried many similar decaf options (i can't find them) but it doesn't matter because this is satisfying and does the trick.
I can never find the dark roast product in decaf in stores or even in starbucks.

Unless i missed it there is no way to ascertain expiration date on amazon website
