Pros
It works (as advertised). No regrets. Better than using wd-40 to loosen or clean them up. Would definitely recommend.
Cons
It is deceptive and dishonest to label mineral oil as tool and instrument oil and price it as if it were something special. Could a only give it a one starbecause of the inconvenience of no cap. Disappoint for sure.

Yes the starrett tool and instrument oil is mineral oil but its not the same as the stuff you buy at the pharmacy
