Only reason for the 4 star rating is because it was shipped in a bubble wrap envelope which didnt provide any protection to the starret box whatsoever

It was smashed flat and is completely unusable

The problem is that even though the legs were metal the hinges and locking mechanisms would allow too much flex and the second pass drawing of any circle would reveal a different line
