Its a light easy read in terms of writing style but it actually took me a couple of months to get through because frequently after reading one of the short bitesized sections typically of 25 pages it actually hit me hard enough that id put the book down and go and do one of the useful things id been putting off

I love rob moore’s books in general but this would be a great book for someone who struggles with procrastination over thinking and worrying
