Pros

The 18awg wire is durable and thick, making it resistant to kinks and twists. It comes in various sizes and is a great option that flexes and is durable as well.

Power cords are long enough to access the power conditioner. It eliminates the need for extension cords. Powers up standard iec devices, accurate length.

Cons

The package is labeled at 10ft and amazon lists this as a 10ft. The cord that was sent to me is not a 14awg cable. I cannot in good faith leave a stellar review for a product with such a crucial, simple, fundamental error in its listing description.
