Like the other startech cables i have tried, this one has a very thick and durable 14 awg gauge cable.
This came in hand for my 1200w psu.
I got a vari-desk (a desk that can be raised and lowered) and needed a longer power cord.
This is a super heavy-duty computer power cord.

It is not uncommon to find servers which have the c20 input connector wired with the load and neutral wires switched which is dangerous

This cable is properly wired for the c19 standard which when looking at the connector end with the single female opening on top ground has the neutral at lower left and the load on lower right

If you open your server and find a black wire going to the connector at lower right in this picture all is good

If you find a white wire there as has happened to us the server has been wired incorrectly

Note that the female connector is labeled c19 and the male receptacle is labeled c20
