Pros

Used it to connect professional 32 channel mixer digital output to a 2010 macbook pro. Moved contents from a 2004 g5 imac to a newer imac. I use two external 3 or 4 tb hdds for backup storage and both are either sata iii or 800 firewire connectors.


Cons

Cables are very thin and apparently not capable of transmitting clean signal. Not very confident in the quality of this product.
