I mean i know im not jiggling them to cause mechanical strain or anything but i am also probably bending them a little tighter than i should be at the network switch given i have said switch screwed directly into to the ceiling joist itself and am facing the ports down but bending them enough to not go lower than the bottom edge of the joists

Ive bought 9ft 10ft 12ft and 35ft of the white variety so while i cant speak for longer than 35ft i would unhesitatingly buy whatever length and color i need and be confident those would work too

And i will at some point also i dont have the cables running to a few spots yet as theyre not priorities but when the time comes im not even going to search for cables again im just gonna pull up my order history and nab whatever length i need in white again to keep things consistent

My av cables are black and im not running any other inwall cabling so i dont need to worry about any other colors the white was mostly to blend in with the ceiling tile in case i have to cut a section out when we install the drop ceiling in the basement given the poe network switch these run into points them directly downwards while all my av cables are purely running between rooms on the main level

Though im eyeballing moving the router to a more central spot due to signal strength issues so i might grab an aqua one since its an oddball color and it would let me know immediately what cable is running from the modem to the router and what cables come after said router
