I setup my rack with the casters which are perfect for rolling the entire setup around when needed (for cleaning/maintenance). Casters/wheels are solid and add mobility to the rack unit. Feels extremely sturdy.

Can be drop shipped to a field location with no tools and know everything you need is in the box. The instructions aren't exactly detailed, but they are sufficient to be able to put it together.

The rack itself is mediocre. The instruction manual leaves a lot to be desired as well.

Packaging for the treadmill is woefully inadequate. It's such an inconvenience to not send proper parts the first time.

It comes with a lot of nice extras that show startech has put more effort into its units than most of the knock-offs.

If you can assemble ikea furniture, then this is a breeze.

Did look at other brands, but digging deeper led to many findings about inferior quality or lack of durability.
