Pros
This is a solidly built shelf. It holds its weight without any sag. Works great and hold them both without flexing or bending.
The fit and finish is high quality, with no blemishes or workmanship defects. What like1. It's powder coated rather than just painted meaning the finish won't easily chip. What more is there to say. No issues with that.
Works great for my rack. Packaging is well thought out.
Cons
Another m5 bolt was stripped so to become useless. Beware, the shelf is approx. Poor quality control bent rack ears.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and weight of this product.
I will likely purchase another now that i know the quality.
It came with the a verity of networking mounting hardware to suit all types of 19 racks.
It lives in harmony with the other gear and reduces the duct tape and velcro factor.

I looked at several options and quite honestly most were ridiculously price.
Packaging/appearance
The metal has a nice thickness to it, it's sturdy, and has a quality coating.
It shipped in its retail-ish box with no extra packaging, so i can understand how some people had theirs arrive damaged (mine was fine).
Packaging was top notch and it arrived quickly.
Competitiveness
I put this in a startech rack so it fits nicely and it probably fits any 19 rack too.
I use two with a startech 4u under-mount rack for audio gear, and they're the perfect depth for easy access to all connections.
I put a tower format ups and a synology nas on this shelf in my rack.
I've installed a bunch of these for my customers.

I liked this item except the screws that came with it did not fit my rack

I did not purchase my rack it was there when i bought the house so it may not be a standard rack but i had to get my own screws and even then the holes in the rack were not really lined up with the rack so i had to only use two screws

This could be completely the fault of the rack and not the shelf

Its far less than ideal for mounting modern server rails and shelving but because its already anchored to the floor and works im not inclined to install a new rack unless its absolutely necessary

The direction of the slots front to back instead of side to side and the fact that the front bottom lip is bent down instead of up gives you enough room and places the velcro going in a convenient direction to slip the velcro through the slots and secure the cables to the shelf before running out the front and looping into your pduswitch

I was able to use it to place my cable modem synology and security camera system without it dangling off the edge of the shelf
