Startech kvm allows you to use wireless mouse and keyboard on same dongle. Works great to switch between my laptop and my note 8 dex on my tv. Doesn't work as well with a wireless keyboard / mouse but does work fine with a wired one.

Your better off crumpling it into small balls and tossing them in a fire. This thing is super finicky. Disappointing especially with the price tag.

Startech is about $20 more than io gear.

Also just be careful with the attached analog switch as the cord linking it to the main body is pretty thin
