Pros & Cons
Pros
Exceptional bang for the buck. Very satisfied with this purchase.
Everything about the construction is very heavy from the rack itself, its fit and finish, all the way to the provided nut and bolts. They are well built, and very sturdy even with a lot of stuff on them.
Sheet of 66x36 1/4 plywood. Install bolts from the back of the plywood with a washer on each side. Affix bolt with 1 nut and some loctite. Mount plywood to wall with some general 2 construction screws. Needs to be installed directly to studs.
This is very durable and sturdy.
Great depth adjustability, easy to assemble and install. Small and adjustable. Only gripe is that the instructions have good dimensions for nearly everything.
Highlights
Quality
This thing is solidly built, very sturdy and easily adjusts the dept to allow for a variety of most common devices.
Screw ports and mounting holes are the correct size, it extends to a great length, and feels like a good solid build.
Everything about this product is top notch.
Affixed rack to the bolts with remaining washers and nutsit's not going to come down.
Price
This is possibly the best 2 post wall mount for a prosumer ever made, but certainly for the money.
I did not install but it is inexpensive and does the job.
Not the cheapest option but worth the price for the quality.
Shipping
Great and very fast shipping , would use agine.
Packaging/appearance
The steel is heavy duty, nice black powder coat finish, hardware included, even the packaging is done well.
I hope it survives the return as all the corners of the box were damaged when received.
Heavy but packed pretty well - arrived without damage.
- it's unlisted, but the nuts on the carriage bolts were 10mm on mine.
