I've not used any startech racks before, but this one is so nice i'd not hesitate to buy more.
If you are mounting more than a few pieces of equipment, you'll need to purchase additional nuts/screws separately.

There are some others that i have dealt with and they were either flimsy or required equipment in them to firm them up

This rack is solid once it is mounted to a board

It did come with the blocks and screws but only a few so if you have more than 3 items to mount you will need to supply some of your own

It does not come with the lag bolts you need to mount it to the wall

Note that this does not include hardware for actually mounting to the wall because there are different types of walls to mount to drywall brick wood vs metal studs etc so plan ahead
