Pros
This is generally effective, but can be awkward to use in some cases - especially when space is tight.
The cables seem to be quite durable. The one criticism is that it does not come with the connector shown in the product page photo. Excellent quality shielding and terminals.

I liked them, good ones for their price

I have purchased well over 100 startech products at this point.
You can roll your own cat-6 cable and hope it works for your poe application, or you can buy this cable and remove all doubt.
Other than that they are 7 foot cat5 cables.
I first received a 50ft cable but submitted a return for the correct length and received the 100ft one a few days later.

All the goto brands had pretty significant bad reviews either about loose fitting ends or poor performance being cat 5e when labeled as cat6 etc etc
