Pros

This is a solidly built lightning cable - it connects just fine, charges my phone, and works great for usb transfers.

Using ohms r=e/i, v at the hub port by usb 2. V by usb 3. V entering the device plugged into the cable. V at 1. V to 4. V with a 2 amp load on it.

Cons

After five months of normal use the cable cracked where it meets the angled part. The cable starts to separate from or pull out of the plug part.

Life expectancy is about 2 months. But not this time. It's november 24th and the cable is dead. Boo boo boo.

There’s not much more i can say, except if it ever fails i’ll pay the extra money and buy another one!

The materials for this cable seem equivalent to those you get from the apple store themselves.

I'm posting this review now because i've still not been able to find a better cable on amazon to replace it with(so sad).
