Pros

It's nice to not have to deal with drive sleds. Slip the drive in and close and latch the door. Drives snap in and lock with security key.

Two lsi card allows me to connect four of these hdd cages fully populated. Each drive slot is trayless, and is easy to insert and remove the disks from. Only need 2 sata power connectors from you psu, and it is recommended to use each from a different... Read More

Cons

The bay doors are exceptionally cheap and will likely break with very little use. A drive starts going online and offline, and not always the same drive. Data center noise. Not worth your hearing.
