And i had a question about it is the software that comes with it for using hot keys instead of the switched on the unit available for windows 7 64 bit so i went to the manufacturer website and found you could either contact them by email or use livechat

Unfortunately the software for windows 7 isnt yet available the switch still works with win 7 you just cant use the hot keys on the win 7 machine but i was amazed to find this sort of immediate tech support these days impressive

Using this kit combined with some free microsoft software mouse without borders i have even got one computer using an additional screen as well and am able to easily copypaste data from one computer to another

Even though my desktop has dvi and hdmi and the mac has displayport i think that vga is going to be around for a while yet

Some older pcs halt on boot unable to find a keyboard if they are not in focus when the bios starts

If you switch off the pc curently connected then you have to use the buttons to connect to another pc
