The only way to reset one poe device is to unplug the one network cable going to the device.
Price
I'd buy from them again, even if it's a little pricey.
Packaging/appearance
The box is twice the size and almost twice the weight because of all the heavy duty international power cords!
For both of the ones i got, half the box is all the international cords.
Competitiveness
Seems like overkill here, but it does mean that startech only needs one sku to cover a very big market.

One star taken off because the product comes with 4 power cords to meet various country standards and i think they could have knocked off 15 20 bucks had they only provided the one power cord used by the country it was sold into

Note the legrand onq da2401 is identical to this startech model and both will mount to the legrand onq ac1025 mounting plate which i use in my openhouse enclosures
