Then the price of the monitor dropped to what i paid for a used item so i returned the used one and got a new one.

I bought the monitor used at b&h for 500 bucks cheaper than new and was using it with this cable matters cable - https://www.

The other brand would flicker once or twice, albeit rarely, say once a day after a minute of inactivity.
