Pros

There are pre-drilled holes top and bottom of the unit. There is a horizontal brace that can be top or bottom mounted. Anchor this into studs or use heavy duty wall anchors.

Finish is very good (nice paint, edges not sharp, not plastered with branding labels). Aside from the above, this is a nifty little rack.

Has same base demensions as the 6u. Comes with 3 sets of screws/retainers for mounting your hardware into unit. Price is excellent, they are lightweight and easy to hang by your self.

The 8 bay qnap nas is the right size rack for any home network. They are extremely modular and come in different sizes.

It organizes everything nicely. The next rack size up is also a very nice and compact enough.

Cons

The included hardware is just 12 screws and 12 cage nuts. The drywall anchors aren't the right size and you can't add mounting screws with them. The screws for this unit are slightly out of spec which made the client install exceptionally painful as i... Read More
