Quality

I use this unit to connect my laptop to a good quality speaker setup and it did not disappoint.

But with my little laptop and this sound card, i can record and the quality of the sound is great.

First, optical connection is tempermental at best and will not it be selected unless the cable is installed just right….

The optical cable plugs into my speakers and the other end into this sound card's spdif out port.

Price

I was looking for an inexpensive but effective way to capture digital audio from usb, and so i came across this unit.

Great soundcard of the price with klipsch ultra 5.

The $150 red sb sound card is now a useless card for this computer because windows kills it !

Cheap price for a solid sound fix!

Packaging/appearance

There was a cd of drivers included in the box, but it was of no use as i had to visit the website and download the application install.

I didn't install the drivers that came with it because the box works fine with windows 11.
