"i was ripped-off and that makes me an unhappy customer" "would not buy again. Would not recommend.
Oily substance on the backing comes off on hands and clothes. No instructions or brand names, looks and feels cheap, i'll pony up 20$ more and buy a better one than this.

The ground connection is a banana plug which is not my favorite choice but does plug into the wall outlet ground lug just fine usa standard

The white top is getting a bit stained by normal dust and mouse movement but not nearly as stained as it should be after a year of use

The mat has stayed on the desk for over a year without any creep or adhesion to the desks 70 year old varnish

The mat hasnt shown memory where items have sat on it for a long time and deformed the foam just wait a few days and the indentations disappear
