Pros

Out of the bag. This is worth every penny i paid for it - and more. It's a bit pricey for what it does, but i would pay a bit extra and know that it's going to work. Startech always delivers good product.

Its plug n play and does not need a driver to download and install. The only downside is it cuts off my desktop a little on the tv, but i can live with it.
