For version tb3dkm2hd 2xhdmi usb 3 usb 2 ethernet im using windows 10 the hdmi and ethernet ports worked immediately when i connected the dock but i had to install the usb controller card driver from the startech website before the usb ports worked

Not a fault of this unit per se but the dells had to have its motherboard replaced twice to fix a loose usbc port caused by cable strain which would cause the displays to disconnect intermittently
