Love this product as i work with datacenters and onsite crash carts are a mess to work with .

With the driver updated by the company, the kvm is back up and running even though it can be a bit flakey in getting the screen to display.

Great product, works well for windows and linux servers.

The notecons01 fits right with the surface pro 3.

Price

If you have to do anything in a datacenter where this is a chance the crash cart is not going to be available, this is worth it's cost!

Price is about the only thing you can knock this device for as far as i'm concerned.

Packaging/appearance

Great tool to have in the datacenter.

Pretty base setup, but i would recommend getting the latest drives from the startech.

Competitiveness

Biggest issue is bent vga pins from techs not paying attention and attempting to force insert the vga connecter upside down.
