Pros
There are 2 screws which hold the face plate with the opening for the micro usb port. These screws are small and easy to misplace.
Arrived on time and was nicely packaged with instructions. Great purchase, and great shipping.
Works as advertised. Fonctionne très bien.
Cons
Absolutely ridiculous. Don't know why too. Might just have been a defective unit.

Packaging/appearance
First i put my new larger capacity ssd into the startech enclosure and cloned my c drive to it.
I would rated this 5-stars if the enclosure could somehow manage to incorporate the usb3.
Competitiveness
So far i've bought 6 of these to house an external 256gb sata ssd.
Enclosure works as described and i now have an external drive, slightly bigger than my usb3.

My windows image failed to copy to my new hard drive and i didnt want to go through the process of removing my new hard drive and putting the old one back and reattempting the image all over again
