These are really good quality fixings barring one flaw. With some elbow grease they're in, solid and look smart.

Because the clip has a stop, the holes would not align, and the screws would go in properly.
Ran into a data cabinet with nothing but open holes for mounting hardware in it.

My carelessness is being punished with an exorbitant price for screws and the delay associated with a second order.
While they are good for the price, there are some drawbacks to consider.

The clips that come with the product can be a bit difficult to get over the rails which can be frustrating when trying to set up the rack

That said apart from being quite expensive they delivered on time and are actually a decent fit not like most which are either too big or too small
