Pros & Cons
Pros

Works natively with macos (i'm using monterey), no additional driver required. Works great with my msi motherboard and system running windows 10. Supports smart. It is compatible with windows 7 and my msi motherboard.
The pexsat34rh is a sata iii 6gbps raid controller card with hyperduo ssd tiering. I use this card in a 2tb raid 1 (mirror) array with 6gb/s drives. Windows sees the raid array as a single drive and it works fine. Only flaw is no raid 5.
Cons
The card has good features but is really unreliable. My server keeps dropping the card as if it had disconnected. If you install more than one drive, the other drives drop to half speed.
